  • Click-Card is a prepaid Card that lets you shop securely online.
  • Your Click-Card Card can be used wherever the Click-Card acceptance mark is displayed to shop online.
  • You can use your Click-Card just like a credit or debit card, but because it's a prepaid card, there's no chance of going into debt (like with a credit card), or giving fraudsters direct access to your bank account (like with a debit card).

  • How do I get a Click-Card?
  • Getting your Click-Card is easy. You don't need a credit check and you don't need a bank account: all you need to do is Register on this website.
  • Once you've filled in the online form you'll need to load your Click-Card. The Card and Registration Fee will be deducted from your initial load.
  • The next step is to verify your email address by clicking a link in the email we'll then send you.
  • We will then post your Click-Card separately to your registered address and provide you with an activation code.
  • You should receive your Click-Card within 7 days of application. Once received, you then need to activate it by logging in to the Click-Card website and entering your pin code, password and 16-digit card number.
  • Your Click-Card and eAccount will then be active and you're ready to go!
  • What information do I need to register with Click-Card?
  • You will need to provide us with:
  • 1 Your name
  • 2 A valid email address
  • 3 Your home address
  • 4 Your birth date
  • This information enables us to verify your identity and protect the security of your eAccount. We'll also ask you to create a password for your eAccount and ask you for a memorable word for use in its management.
  • Email is the primary form of communication we'll have with you, so it's important that we verify your email address as being accurate and belonging to you.
  • What is the verification process?
  • We will send an email to the email address that you provide to us during registration. All you then need to do is click on the link within the email to prove that your email address is accurate and belongs to you. A verified email address also helps to protect the security of your Click-Card eAccount.
  • How do I activate my eAccount?
  • Once you have made your Initial Load, your Click-Card will be posted to your registered home address and your Activation code will be emailed to your verified email address. You will need to Log In to the Click-Card website and enter the activation code and your Click-Card number to activate your Card and eAccount. This only needs to be done once.
  • It is important that you activate your eAccount within thirty days of your Initial Load; if you don't, we can't be sure that you have received the activation code and/or your Click-Card, so to keep your eAccount secure, we will freeze it until we hear from you.
  • If you haven't received your activation code, within seven days of registering for your Click-Card and eAccount, please contact the Click-Card Team via the web-form on the Contact Us page of this website.
  • Why do I need to activate my eAccount?
  • The activation process provides an additional level of security to your eAccount by verifying that it is YOU who lives at the home address you registered with us and YOU that owns the verified email address. This process ensures that only YOU can activate, and subsequently use, your Click-Card and eAccount.
  • Do I need a bank account or a credit card to register for Click-Card?
  • No, you don't need a bank account or a credit card to register for Click-Card; you only need to provide us with your name, a valid email address, your home address and your date of birth.
  • What happens if my registration is unsuccessful?
  • The most common reason for an unsuccessful registration is a mismatch between the information we have gathered from you and our internal checks.
  • How soon is my eAccount active?
  • Once you've registered, loaded , and verified your email address your eAccount is ready to use with our Online.
  • What is the initial Load?
  • The Card and Registration Fee BDT 500 will be deducted from the amount you first Load into your eAccount. This fee covers the cost of manufacture and dispatch of your Click-Card, along with the administrative cost of setting up your eAccount. Anything remaining in your eAccount, after the Card and Registration Fee has been deducted (along with the Load Fee), forms your balance.
  • How do I Load my Click-Card/eAccount?
  • You can Load your eAccount in a number of ways:
  • o By bank deposit
  • o With your credit or debit card
  • o Post Office

  • When I have loaded up my eAccount, how quickly can I use my funds?
  • The time it takes between loading your eAccount and funds being available to you depends on the load method you use; it can be anything from immediately to a few days. Please see How to Load it for more details.
  • How do I shop online?
  • You can shop on any website that accepts Click-Card and because your Click-Card is not linked to your bank account, the risks of online fraud are significantly reduced.
  • Once you've chosen your purchases and moved to the checkout or shopping basket, you'll be offered a list of payment methods - select the Click-Card option.
  • You'll then be asked to enter certain details from your Click-Card including:
  • o The 16-digit card number
  • o Pin number
  • o 3 letters from your memorable word
  • Once you’ve done this and confirmed your payment, it will be processed and you'll receive a confirmation that your payment has been accepted.
  • Can I use my Click-Card abroad?
  • No, Click-Card can only be used within Bangladesh.
  • Is there anywhere that I can't use my Click-Card?
  • Your Click-Card can't be used at real stores or websites that does not accept Click-Card
  • For your security, your Click-Card is designed for electronic use only. This means that some Merchants who don't have the facilities to process your transaction online won't be able to accept your card.
  • Managing your Click-Card & eAccount
  • What if I forget the Log In password for my eAccount?
  • If you've forgotten your password, just click on the I've forgotten my password link on the Log In page of this site. A temporary password will then be emailed to you. When you Log in to your eAccount using the temporary password, you will be prompted to reset it by choosing a new password. It's important that your password is something that you remember but is not easily accessible by anyone else. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information about this.
  • What happens if I forget my PIN number for my Click-Card?
  • If you have forgotten your PIN number or suspect that someone else knows it, please contact customer services so that your card can be blocked and your funds protected.
  • Where can I find a statement of my Click-Card transactions?
  • You can view your Click-Card statement at any time for free, by logging into this site and going to the My Transactions
  • Your statement shows the most recent transactions first, but you may scroll through your previous transactions using the forward and back arrow, or using the date filter.
